Downstairs a spacious open plan living, dining, kitchen area and butlers pantry, with the kitchen offering quality cooking facilities. Also downstairs is a powder room and laundry with access to a double lock up garage.
Stepping out of the sliding glass doors onto the alfresco area is a covered sitting area with BBQ which all look out onto the stunning tropical pool area.
On those hot afternoons, the motorised awning also provides extra shade for added comfort whilst relaxing outside. For chilly evenings, an overhead heat bar will keep you toasty warm too.
Upstairs hosts the three bedrooms all generous in size.
Ideal for families, couples or groups looking for comfort and a great social space.
