Listing should be more detailed
Comfortable and functional apartment in back of host home. Bathroom on 2nd floor. A little inconvenient and a challenge for seniors. Should be fully disclosed. Host should be more attentive to some basic needs. Only a half roll of toilet tissue and paper towels upon our arrival. No salt pepper or sugar. Dishwasher was very dirty. We hand washed everything. Closest gas or convenience store 25 minutes to Oneonta or Cooperstown.

No air conditioning/ TV difficult to use / needs clocks even this didn’t put a damper on our stay we very much enjoyed the experience quite surrounding and beautiful area
