It's a beautiful hotel -- lots of wood decoration, nice courtyard, comfortable indoor pool and large, relaxing spa. The front desk staff was very informative at check-in. Room was clean and well furnished. The shower could have had a bit more water pressure, but it was decent. My total price for a queen bedroom was $196 per night.

I’m a Mt Shasta soul and loved it there but there was not enough snow in the parking lot. Actually there was very little. Thinking about it deeper, there wasn’t any snow.

I like the location of the Tree House, very close to downtown. Staff is very nice, and they made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. I like the wooden interior. Air conditioner, WiFi, they all worked great!

Promised a hot tub, turns out it had been out of commission more than a week. No notice was sent to us and no rebate offered. We were going to have dinner in the restaurant , after we were seated, we decided to leave. 3 men at the bar were drunk and using language and making inappropriate comments. Definitely not a family environment. The room was decent but could have been cleaner. When we arrived i asked if the coffee maker in the room had decaf, i was told that if there is a coffee maker in the room and there was no decaf i should feel free to come back to get some....thats not customer service thats the customer doing the service. The mountain is lovely to look at, but next time i would sleep elsewhere.

Nice spacious bedroom and bathroom with a balcony. Indoor swimming pool and spa. In house restaurant. Only negative about the room is that the refrigerator had no freezer and the fridge didn’t get cold enough to keep drinks and food cold enough. When complained about it they gave me three frozen water bottles and offered their freezer located at the main office. So very inconvenient! They did send someone to check the fridge and was told I had one of the better working fridge in the hotel. I think it’s time they look into this very inconvenient matter that guests take for granted is in good working condition when they book their reservations.
