Living area opens into the kitchen with a dining table for four and coastal chic decor. Enjoy the spacious yard while dining al fresco or walk to one of the great restaurants near by. Located a block from the waters of Shem Creek and you can rent kayaks and paddle boards right at the waters edge. The heart of downtown Charleston is a 12 minute drive and the beach at Sullivan's Island is 3 miles away. Cute home in mount pleasant
Cute 2 bedroom cottage. What used to be all over old village. Close to everything - restaurants, beach, downtown. Well stocked kitchen. It was my spouse and me plus 2 dogs stayed for almost a month. Fenced in side yard made it feel larger. I would definitely stay again. There is another house in the backyard with its own fenced in yard. When we were there both tenants were very nice and friendly.

Adorable house nestled in the middle of everything. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, minutes away from downtown Charleston. Joe was an awesome host and was very prompt in his correspondence and attention to details at the property. Can’t wait to come back!

Cozy stay in a cute well-kept home. Nice little backyard area for when the dogs needed to stretch their legs. Nice outside seating area. Best of all was the location! So close to everything. House was a bit small for 4 people and pets, but definitely enough space for my husband and I. We will visit again.

Unfortunately, the ceiling vents had mold, including the surrounding ceiling, which was concerning. The owner was there everyday, which made using the back yard/patio uncomfortable, so we didn't. I wouldn't have booked, had I known.

Great stay in Mount Pleasant
This cottage was the perfect location for exploring Shem Creek and Old Village, walking Pitt street, plus restaurants basically across the street. It was quiet and peaceful and easy to get to beaches and into the city. It was a bonus being able to bring our dog. The courtyard in the back was fenced in and private even though there is another cottage that shares the yard. We will definitely be back.

The rental was very clean and the location was great - walking distance to many restaurants. Shem Creek is a very vibrant area and has the freshest shrimp - right off the boat. We had no issues during our stay - the Owner (Joe) paid us a visit and gave us recommendations on dining/sightseeing etc. Very nice man. We booked for spring 2025 prior to leaving!

Adorable Cottage for Mother/Daughter/Grandma Trip
The cottage was cute, clean and had a very private backyard patio. Perfect for our Mothers Day Trip for three of us. We could walk to all the great restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Driving into Downtown Charleston was super easy. We had one issue with the shower not working, but Joe was quick to come fix it.
