Convenient location. Front desk manager was rude and demanding. Poor customer relations skills. I felt like I was being treated as a bad repeat customer even though I've never stayed before. She would no accept cash. She charged my room then wanted another card to preapprove damages? I asked if they offered late check out and she said yes but I couldn't because I used Expedia. So, NO! She was very negative about everything and just placed a cloud of doom over the start to my stay. She was so worried about me damaging the room, yet there were coins in the toilet and the hook on the back of the bath door had been ripped off. I am a property manager and left the room in perfect condition and tipped the housekeeping staff even though had had a bad taste in my mouth from the manager. I also felt compelled to photograph my room when I left to protect myself from the manager trumping up some kind of back charges. I'm sorry if previous guests have damaged their rooms, but that wasn't me and do not appreciate being treated as if it was. I will never stay there again and have never been treated like this at any LaQuinta. A new manager could make a huge difference!
