The hotel looks nice from the outside and in the lobby but I went two nights and three days in a row without maid service. People were putting their trash out in the hallway because like us it starts to overflow after 3 days of not being emptied. The elevator is in need of replacement, the hallways are dingy and it seems like the walls in many places are scratched up with the carpet fraying in the edges. The breakfast was good but not great especially since the coffee on our 4 night stay was lukewarm the first morning. The Hilton 800 number didn’t do much to help but they put a message into the manager requesting compensation for me but I won’t hold my breath as we left this morning.
