It has two balconies, one with a great view of the Bryce Resort golf course, airport, and Great North Mountain, and the other with a front-row seat on the White Lightning ski slope. This unit's vaulted ceilings and 10 windows highlight the great views and fill the condo with light. The rewards of this wonderful condo are worth the steps!
Thoughtfully renovated recently with all-new everything, its modern kitchen, huge eat-at bar and large dining table are adjacent to the living room area, which all have a clear view of the large wall-mounted smart TV. The dining/living room area features a substantial stone fireplace (wood-burning), comfortable furnishings (including two full-size sleeper sofas), as well as a front-row view of the White Lightning ski slope and several mountain bike trails. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, private bathroom, mountain view balcony access, huge stone fireplace (inoperable), and a smart TV. The second bedroom has an epic built-in bunk bed with two twin beds (up) and two full-size beds (down). The living room area doubles as extra sleeping space with two full-size sleeper sofas and easy access to a third full bathroom. This condo comfortably accommodates 10.

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (washable gold filter provided, but please bring your favorite grind). The property also includes bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag per bath, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.
Firewood is NOT provided. Guests wishing to use the living room fireplace can purchase firewood bundles from the Basye Community Store.
The smart TVs accommodate your favorite streaming apps, and the high-speed 150mbps WiFi internet has sufficient bandwidth for working, streaming, and gaming from many devices.
