The country house "Villa Sandri" offers accommodation for 8 people (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet). There is a living room with fireplace, large dining room with kitchen, playroom plus a home cinema with theatre seats. Air conditioning and free WiFi throughout the house. Outside you will find a large terrace, partly covered, with a fantastic view and a pool of 8 x 4 meters. The coast with its many beaches and picturesque villages is 25 minutes by car.

For the use of the home cinema you need a laptop with HDMI connection. Amazon, Netflix etc. or your own films, anything can be screened.

You have your own charging station available in the parking lot. The charging costs (€0,45 per kWh) are calculated afterwards and settled with the landlord.

The country house "Villa Sandri" is fully equipped, especially the kitchen. It has tasteful furnishings, comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was built and furnished not only as a rental property. It is fully equipped as a normal family house because it is only rented out when the owner is not using it. The house is located in a quiet location in the Mirna valley on the hill of San Bartolo, overlooking the picturesque town of Motovun. The nearest settlement is about 300 meters away. In the immediate vicinity there are vineyards, woods, fields and an old church with cemetery.

Villa Sandri has been rented out part of the year for 20 years now and there have not really been any dissatisfied tenants so far. Bookings take place directly with the owner of the house.

This villa offers its guests a water park and an outdoor pool. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly villa.
