Old property, renovated rooms but feels low grade. Bed linens and towels are very thin... mattress is not comfortable feels like sleeping on a concrete slab. Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.

Excellent Resort fun in the sun
Lots of fun. Great service. Excellent restaurant. Horseback riding. Great gym. Hot water spa pools. Paddleboats, great AC in room, wifi works and close to bus station and shopping mall. Professional photographers to take great pix, pool slides and fun for the whole family! 5 stars

Não recomendo a hospedagem pelo valor cobrado.
Apesar da estrutura de lazer ser boa, o atendimento é muito ruim. Falta rapidez e cortesia no atendimento. A alimentação nas áreas de piscina não e de boa qualidade. O café da manhã e o buffet são bons. Os quartos são antigos e pouco funcionais (tomadas, cadeiras, camas de baixa qualidade). O box de chuveiro apresentou vazamento alagando todo o piso. Por último, faltou água quente em 50% do período de hospedagem. Enfim, o custo benefício foi ruim.

O atendimento não foi excelente, o frigobar está com defeito demorou dois dias para concertar e isso precisei ligar várias vezes até conseguir ajeitar. O atendimento é péssimo.
