Situated on a seven-acre estate nestled beneath Mosier Bluff, this one-of-a-kind home boasts incredible river views and a great location for exploring nearby farms and wineries or outdoor recreation like windsurfing, biking, and kayaking. Running past the property, the Mosier Plateau Trail offers a scenic hiking opportunity featuring a waterfall, a local swimming hole, a pioneer cemetery, and amazing seasonal wildflowers. A heated, seasonal, on-site pool adds another layer of luxe leisure to your stay.

The home itself is part of a larger estate comprised of separate residences throughout the property, but you'll appreciate your own privacy and convenience with standalone features including a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and free WiFi. The expansive, private deck is designed to showcase the amazing views, and a gas grill is included for epic backyard barbecues. During your visit, you may even be treated to a local wildlife sighting, with deer, coyote, eagles, and hawks all common critters in the area. A toasty wood-burning fireplace provides cozy comfort for casual downtime and three smart TVs provide plenty of in-home entertainment. Family-friendly amenities include a Pack-N-Play and children's games. There's also a cooler provided for picnics and outings. A shared, on-site washer/dryer adds extra convenience during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
