The television did not work in our room. It was so humid in the room that my pills dissolved by themselves. There was only two towels and a washcloth and they didn't come and replace them after the first day. The shower curtain is so thin the water sprays right through it. The refrigerator smelled bad and we couldn't use it. there were people smoking drugs in the parking lot everytime we went outside. YUK

Good quality for the price
Very good room, continental breakfast was very good, staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that Room 115 needs a darker curtain to block out morning sunlight.

Low quality for the cost
Carpet was dirty, bathroom linoleum needs replacement, floors and furniture were sticky. Room smelled bad.

The staff was great and this was a convenient place to lay my head at night.The room however smelled like smoke, bathroom tub was chipping, and the carpet was a bit damp. Building and rooms just need a facelift and some cleaning.

The Quality Inn offered Continental Breakfast, but did not change their site to let people know they had not passed a Food Inspections, so there was no Breakfast. This is one of the reasons we booked with them. Also the pool was closed, for what to seem no reason. I asked about a discount, but said because I booked through Orbits, they couldn't give me one. This is not acceptable, i will never book Hotel/Motels like this again.

These property definitely needs to update their facilities it looks terrible,old and dirty. I don’t understand how they pretend to compare their prices with other hotels when their quality is poor. I won’t be staying here again and not recommending it to anyone. It’s and old outdated hotel with expensive rate not worth it at all! Very disappointing

The breakfast options were great. The room was very dated, and didn’t feel or smell real clean. The freezer worked great but the fridge door didn’t close all the way. The thermostat on the cooler must have been off, very hard to regulate the temp.

Very old photo of outside of property, rooms were clean but worn. Drapes fall over AC and are to transparent to block out all the lights in parking lot . Like I had a light on in room Staff was great, property is just old and needs updating. Not the usual Quality inn I am used to

JoAnn was extremely helpful resolving an issue involving my reservation. Myself and my 2 friends stayed at the Moses Lake Quality Inn on our way home from the Sturgis, SD, motorcycle rally. We arrived at the Quality Inn one day earlier than expected, and JoAnn went above and beyond to make it work. I can’t thank JoAnn enough! Thanks to JoAnn’s compassion and excellent customer service we will be back.

Walls, floor and ceiling had stuff splattered on them and were quite dirty. Furniture was old and torn. The actual sink and bath were clean and sheets were clean but other things not so much. The staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was good. I think this motel is over due for some tlc.
