A lovely girl called Jerica booked us in and was very helpful . She told us a lovely steak house and enjoyed it. Rooms very comfortable. Bath could do with update. Breakfast was ok. No gluten free bread or cereal. Would stay again. Pool freezing.

This was perfect for our gorge excursion. Room was perfect, staff was friendly, had an issue locating them in the middle of the night when we checked in but overall great experience! Clean rooms, quiet, and easily accessible. We will be back for sure.

The property is well-maintained, facility and rooms are very clean, nicely landscaped around the property. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The town of Ephrata is old and not a lot going on. Its close to The Gorge for concert goers. But not much else to it.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. This was a great option to stay at for a night in and out of Eastern Wa. Would stay here again. Continental breakfast had more than I was was expecting and hit the spot.

I’ve stayed there before but this time my experience was not great, the carpet in our room was dirty, had not been vacuumed and there was some hair in the shower, not only that but I was charged even though I had booked and paid through expedia, I was given the wrong room and had to keep calling to get my refund yet I didn’t get my full refund, they still owe me $21 but I’m not even going to bother with them because every time that they said that they would call me to fix the issue; they never did, I was the one who kept calling and it was very frustrating because it was their error not mine, anyways not a great experience at all.

A little dated but clean and comfortable. We booked a king suite which has a surprisingly large kitchenette with the basic equipment you might need but nothing extra. Breakfast is just ok, though the waffles are pretty decent. Does exactly what you want a Best Western to do. Value for money not exceptional though it was a weekend with a big concert at the Gorge.
