Awesome!
Pierre is a great host and super helpful. Apartment is very close to ski runs (pretty much ski in ski out) and very close to Avoriaz Centre - restaurants, ski hire, supermarket, swimming pool. My family was 2 adults and 4 kids 8 - 15 and the apartment was comfortable for a week skiing!

Accommodation was smaller than we expected
Once we had got used to the size we found it a great location and comfortable to live in. It would help if we knew how to access all the facilities in the property. Eg we couldn’t find cutlery and had to call to find out where it was. Also more plates and normal size drinking cups would be great.

An excellent location in Avoriaz, the Apt was basic but nice and clean, had everything you could want for a short stay break.

Small and practical
The apartment is basic but cosy. All you need in a small space. Be aware that it states linen included but we got stung with a€10 per day charge, we had to request the hairdryer as that was not there either, despite being listed as included. Bedding and linen are not luxuary as described but fine. Adjust expectations to be basic and you will be thrilled with the place. We enjoyed it very much and it's in a fabuslous location.

Appartement très agréable
Appartement idéalement situé, au coeur de la station mais dans un coin calme. Il est très fonctionnel, bien équipé, l'espace est bien rentabilisé et les 2 toilettes et sdb sont appréciables. Attention, ce n'est pas l'esf à 50m de l'appartement mais le village des enfants (pas les mêmes cours). Cependant l'esf est très facilement accessible par téléski. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas exposé au soleil la journée, mais très lumineux. Mention spéciale à Pierre, la personne de l'agence qui gère l'appartement, communication parfaite ! Nous reviendrons !

Ferienwohnung in Morzine-Avoriaz
Am 31.08.2018 Ankunft in Avoriaz. Touristik Information , Checkin (Autofreies Feriendorf) Gepäck verladen und Transport zum Wohnhaus und Appartement. Im Winter beherbergt Avoriaz ca. 13000 Feriengäste, im Sommer ca. 3000. Es gibt dort 3 Supermärkte, Apotheke, viele Bars und Restaurants, Schwimmbad, Spa usw. Ab dem 01.09.2018 ist in Avoriaz Saisonende. Bis auf einen Supermarkt und eine Bar/Restaurant ist alles geschlossen. Es gibt auch keine Touristik Information mehr. Was wir aber bei der Buchung nicht wussten und uns auch nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Avoriaz war leer. Nur noch ganz wenige Menschen (ca. 100) in einem Feriendorf wo sonst bis zu 13000 Urlauber sind. Jetzt außerhalb der Saison wurde überall repariert, gebaut und gebaggert!

Logement accessible et hôte très arrangeante! Les rangements sont suffisants et participent à une optimisation de l'espace : nous ne nous sommes pas marché dessus alors que nous étions 4 dans 23m2. Cependant, je pense qu'il faudrait réparer le radiateur côté cuisine.
