Didnt see front desk clerk or staff hardly at all. Our room never got cleaned, asked for towels and put garbage out by door for staff. Water pressure kept going in and out.

Staff is very friendly, hotel is clean. I had called before placing my order on Expedia and was told to go ahead, place my order and then call back right away and they would book us away from the side of the hotel that faced the highway. But this did not happen and the first night was on the highway, but we moved and the second two nights were away from it. We appreciated that they were willing to move us for the last two nights, but now I know better, it is best to book directly with the hotel than on Expedia, or Hotels.com.......

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Our only issue was with the ice machine and the vending machines. They all needed maintenance.
