Had a late check out. And two different employees knocked on door prior to check out. Even had sign out that I was sleeping. One said yes I know late check out but just checking room. The other person said oh sorry they didn’t tell me that you had a late check out.

Upon checking in very late night the toilet in our room had not even been flushed. The AC was leaking and made the room smell musty. You can tell it was older and they are attempting to remodel but the cleanliness was lacking. If I had not been so exhausted from driving 900 miles and being after midnight I would have made an issue of it.
