Looking for a romantic getaway? Or a place to take the family and unplug for a little while? The Rustic Ruby is a peaceful retreat in Blue Ridge GA that will help you unwind and focus on what matters. Surrounded by trees with a small lake in the backyard, The Rustic Ruby is a tranquil spot to enjoy the outdoors and relax.

Come stay at The Rustic Ruby and get away from it all. Relax in the 4-person hot tub on a screened in deck. Enjoy roasting marshmallows or hot dogs in the custom fire pit. Sip coffee on the dock and listen to the sounds of nature all around you. Play some cornhole or throw a line in the water and catch some fish. We have bass, trout, catfish, and bluegill. Maybe you'll get to see the ducks as they visit throughout the year.

The internet is slow here which is a great thing! Escape from the emails, get the kids off the electronics, and explore the surrounding areas. We are 15 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge and most local activities including hiking, water sports, wineries & local craft breweries, horseback riding, and a sasquatch museum! Plenty of great restaurants in the area ranging from fast food, pub fare, and fine dining. There is even a place nearby where you can drive a tank!!

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Beautiful!
We all absolutely loved our stay here! The property was private and clean and had every ammenity you could need! We did wish there was a little more seating as the living room and hot tub only sat 4 and we had a party of 5;however, the stay was completely amazing and we would most certainly return!!! Also, the hosts were extremely helpful and very fast to respond to any questions and concerns I had. Would definitely recommend this property.

Tranquil Setting with Fire Pit and Hot Tub
Our stay at The Rustic Ruby was peaceful. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub each evening, overlooking the pond. No loud noises. Deer dining in the yard at dusk. Ten minutes from the train ride in Blue Ridge. Plenty of dining options there, too.

Cute & quaint
Very quiet and cozy. Had problems with the hot tub buttons and a small bathroom but other than that it was very comforting. Loved the fishing dock and fire pit. Very enjoyable stay and the host was on it with communication with you.

My family of 4 enjoyed a short getaway to the Rustic Ruby as part of our Christmas celebration this year. If you're considering booking this property, do it! The house is super clean, it is well-stocked and has pretty much anything you can think of that you might need. The location is good - just a few minutes away from all the attractions and action of Blueridge. It was cold when we were there, but we enjoyed fishing anyway. The house stayed warm and we left with some sweet memories. I can't think of a single drawback to this property.

New Year's Getaway at Rustic Ruby
Rustic Ruby was a comfy, cozy charmer close to shops & restaurants & a great variety of hiking near Blue Ridge. ( We missed out on the Swinging Bridge hike as the gravel road was too rutted even for our 4WD Subaru.) We enjoyed the swings by the firepit (we've learned to bring a fire starter log and some collected dryer lint whenever there's an out door fire area) and the completely private warm relaxation in the hot tub with the spectacular star display as night approached. The lovely fireplaces kept us toasty in the evenings, too. We just cooked breakfast at the cabin. Would recommend you bring everything you need even though there are grocery stores nearby. ( We didn't bring salt & pepper :-( The cabin was spotless with plenty of towels and kitchen dinnerware and cookware. We appreciated the hosts checking in with us to address any questions or concerns! We love the area in the summer & all the related activities: tubing, zip lines, fishing, more hiking...so hope to return with grandkids in tow. This was a truly wonderful get-away any time of the year! Thanks for sharing this wonderful slice of nature with us! Paul & Renee; Atlanta, Ga

Fall break family vacation
We found the property exactly as advertised. Entire family enjoyed the stay and are asking when we can return. We enjoyed the flexibility of being 10-15 minutes drive from choice of restaurants or tourist attractions, or just being able to stay and cook at cabin. Fire pit was a perfect evening habit that has caused us to resume the same habit once we returned home.

This Ruby was absolutely beautiful! It was everything I expected and more ! We will be back to stay and we have already recommended to some of our friends! The only thing I would do would be put a topper on the back bed was a little hard but other than that was perfect ! Very clean and owners thought of everything to may your stay perfect !

Our stay at the Rustic Ruby was such an amazing experience! The cabin was very clean, well designed, and thoughtfully decorated. Growing up in the mountains of North Carolina, I have spent a lot of time in Cabins and this truly was one of the most cozy cabins I have ever been in. Plenty of games for the kids and the beds literally were like sleeping on clouds. Location is great and only a 15 min drive to town. Highly highly recommend! Thanks for a great family trip!

Perfect Relaxing Getaway
This is the perfect getaway if you want to relax with some peace and quiet. The house is adorable and the surrounding area is gorgeous. We had a wonderful time fishing from the dock, kayaking in the pond, relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying a fire under the stars. We will definitely be back!

It is in a very convenient location but also has a very secluded feel which is just what we were looking for! The communication from the property owners was fantastic. Perfect retreat
My husband and I needed a quiet and relaxing vacation and the Rustic Ruby provided just that! We fell in love the moment we pulled up to the property. We usually go, go ,go all week in the mountains but most days we enjoyed the serene environment the Rustic Ruby provided. It was immaculately clean and perfectly appointed for all our needs and beyond with welcoming and cozy touches. We thoroughly enjoyed the pond and caught and released plenty of bass! Dustin and Jasmine were perfect host who assured us that our comfort and enjoyment was their highest priority. Husband and I both kept saying all week "We needed this."

One of the Best Cabins in GA
To say that i want to move in and live at the Rustic Ruby forever is an understatement, This house has everything you want and more for the perfect secluded gateway. My family and I wanted to get away from the craziness of the city (Miami) and this was beyond perfect. The most comfortable beds i have ever laid on besides my own. The house is fully stock with everything you might need except groceries (obviously) Jasmin and Dustin are wonderful Hosts, quick to response to any messages. I truly recommend this property, We look forward to staying here again.
