With about 9,000 square feet, 10 bedrooms and 9.5 baths, this home can accommodate 30 guests. On the main level, the luxurious master bedroom features a spa bath with a luxury tub and a fireplace. Additionally, there are three bedrooms (three kings) and two additional baths.

FAQ:
Check-in/Check-out: Regular check-in at 4PM, check-out by 10AM. Early check-ins may be possible but are not guaranteed.
Supplies & Cleaning: The house is provided with a stater kit of paper goods, additional supplies will need to be purchased. Mid-stay cleaning services available for a fee.
Power Outages: The house does have back up generators. We cannot offer a refund due to power outages beyond our control.
Cancelation Policy: Please read our cancellation Policy. We understand things come up! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Trip insurance. We cannot refund outside of our policy. All cancellations subject to 5% of fees paid.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10PM due to the surrounding mountain setting.
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.
Unauthorized Guests: The property must be booked for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. No other guests outside of the reservation are allowed on the property.
Photoshoots/Music Videos: Please contact us for permission and further details if you are planning any professional shoots or media production.
Lost and Found: We are not responsible for lost items. However, our team will do their best to locate and return any items found after checkout. Shipping costs are the traveler's responsibility, with a minimum $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping.
Mail & Packages: UPS and FedEx will deliver to the house; however, USPS will not.
BBQ Grill: A propane tank is provided for guest use. Guests are required to clean the grill after each use; failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
Rental Agreement: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement before arrival, and a security deposit is required.
Change of Reservation Dates: Reservation date changes must be requested within the dates of the cancellation policy.
Additional Information:
Landscaper Visits: Our landscaper may visit the property for maintenance but will not enter the home.
Property Access: In the event that access to the home is needed during your stay, we will always notify you in advance. The only exception is in the case of a fire or life-threatening emergency.
These rules ensure that both the property and guests remain safe and that everyone has a pleasant stay.
