Unmanageable children
It was loud. The owners had family members living at the hotel. 5 young kids were running up and down the halls until 1230am. Knocking on doors and screaming. I went and asked the adults in one room to please calm the kids down as i had to work super early in the morning anr had not been able to sleep but it didnt make a difference. If anything, i think they got louder afterward

Totally awful. Avoid!!
The first room’s door was ajar when we got there, it was not vacuumed, the curtains were shredded, it was generally dirty and there was poop in the toilet. We asked for another room. It was modestly better. Still smelled bad.

I found a roach in my room near the bathroom sink. The floors had garbage and the bathtub looked dirty and bath towels were dinghy looking. I didn't read the reviews before I booked a room but when I finally read them I tried to cancel. But it was too late so I was thinking, it can't be that bad. The staff was "somewhat" friendly but the other things I mentioned is troublesome.

This hotel should be put out of its misery, it’s barely breathing. - No front desk service, you’re on your own. - No towels provided in rooms. I am not joking. - Swimming pool & hot tub completely neglected and unusable - Hallways dirty and unkempt - Lights in room missing bulbs, TV remote missing batteries

Our room was absolutely filthy. We don't have high expectations generally but this was beyond ridiculous. There was a used eyelash strip on the hand towel bar, pieces of dog food on the floor, drips of something on the headboard and walls, used towels on the balcony and dirty splotches all Over the tiles. The sink and the shower didn't drain, SO GROSS! Do not book here.

I checked in, then walked to the room and immediately asked for a refund because of the drug addicts living in the hallways, the "working people" meandering through the facility, and "business transactions" in the parking lot. The desk manager told me it wasn't his problem and all of America is full of drugs. He said to contact Expedia to get my money back. Please advise all guests to stay away from this facility.

This hotel/ motel is run like it's in the slums. Food in the heater/ac unit, hair in shower, tampon in ice machine along with ants, linen stained walls in and out of room with who knows what in them. There are so many things about this property that are scary and not worth the money. No one hardly ever at front desk to assist when needed.

Upon arriving, the attendant wasn’t very friendly, he gave me the room key-card alone without any outer envelope or room no written on it and just verbally told me what room it was. All outer doors don’t work with keycards access. One door was propped open with a broken piece of plastic. Room was dirty, bedspread was stained. This entire hotel needs an overhaul. Litter and abandoned cars in the back of building.

Very dirty place, and no one speaks English
The room was very dirty and it smelled terrible like someone threw up and it it wasn’t cleaned. The bed had stains, the curtains had blood on them. The wall in the bedroom had poop next to the toilet paper holder. Once I tried to turn on the tv, it would not turn on. I went to ask for a new remote and a person who actually spoke English came to the room with me. I later found out that, that person actually lives there. It was an awful experience and I want a full refund!!!
