The Property Manager was incredible. She accommodated a last minute booking, had the room ready and contacted me for the after hours proceedure for check in. I noticed she had waited to make sure I was able to find the check in ok. Sue was accommodating, professional, welcoming and polite. I hope this property is able to really flourish.
