Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and vanity; Separate toilet. Reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in lounge room; Ceiling fans in queen bedrooms, lounge and dining. Open plan living area comprising lounge room, kitchen and dining. Large television with USB & HDMI ports in lounge. Well equipped kitchen with electric oven and stovetop, microwave, and medium sized fridge with freezer on top; Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (guest needs to bring compatible pods or can purchase locally). Front load washing machine; Clothes dryer; Ironing board; Iron; Rotary clothesline. Outdoor seating; Hooded gas barbecue; Gas ring for crab cooking (guests need to bring pot to use). Fire pit (guests need to bring their own charcoal & observe fire regulations). Fenced rear yard. Off-street undercover carport parking for 1 car; Driveway parking for a 2nd car; Parking in rear yard behind gate for a boat. 5 minute drive to beach. Sorry, pets not permitted.

DIRECTIONS: Follow Bay Road out of Moonta towards Moonta Bay before turning right onto Haylock Road. Turn left onto Andrew Street (4th on the left, around 500m) and Morning Stars is on the right with a yellow holiday rental sign at the front.

Comfortable and Clean
A property that was sparkling clean, nicely decorated with every utility you'd need and within a short distance from beautiful Moonta Bay Jetty and beach and Moonta township. The backyard is bare and shadeless so not appealing perhaps for the heat of summer.
