Stained dirty bath towels, lack of housekeeping, broken glass in window, noisy AC, cold courtesy coffee, spoiled milk at breakfast, hot tub not working, very noisy with arguments between staff and management. Police presence for disturbances

CAUTION: There are so many things wrong with this property. The pool and hot tub are ICE COLD. The breakfast is horrible, rotten milk and disgusting food. The showers are misplumbed so the water is scalding or ice cold anytime your neighbor uses water. I also got about 11 spider bites on my arms from the overnight stay.

Night management was mad because we booked online. We didn’t get the room we reserved. First room air didn’t work. Second room air stopped working and people slammed doors all night. Also they charged me for premium price for the wrong room.

The good and not so good.
The building is pretty old and the walls are quite thin. So you hear Everything even toilets flushing in another room or shower's. But what I liked was. The management was very good at keeping us happy and we did enjoy the Breakfast.

It started when they changed our reservation to two rooms instead of one. We were ok with that but when we got there the non smoking room smelled like smoke and the tv had to be finagled to start. The other room had an air conditioner that barely moved the air and made a horrible screeching noise. We had to turn it off and open the windows. While taking a bath and getting in bed my mother found three large bugs(not bedbugs). Also, the safety bar for the door was broken off and the keys continuously malfunctioned. The pool was warm , nice, and clean. Staff was inviting .

Building was not secure, broken entry door with no locks. Other doors were open to public. Stained bedding, bed looked like it had been slept in, pillow cases too small for pillows, Broken window pane, dead bugs in sink.

Overall was good except for noise. We were in room 108 and it was very noisy till late into the night. The staff were talking very loud as the room was next to laundry room and office and the front desk. Ice machine in lobby, so people getting ice late contributed to the noise as well. Quiet hours after 10pm in that area would help as well as not allowing ice machine use after 10 either.

The manager was very friendly. The night shift staff talked loudly in the lobby and the entire building can hear it around midnight time. And there was little kid that staff brought with. The facility and amenities are all in less pleasant condition
