The room was fine, the staff was fine. There was a lot of noise from the adjoining room. Breakfast was not great. For the price of the room, I expected the boiled eggs to have been peeled—no peanut butter for the toast and no jam. I was expecting an elaborate breakfast. There was a 50-dollar surcharge on the room as a damage deposit. Really! I am an older lady travelling alone. Did the hotel think I was going to damage the room? The ozone machine was in the room when I opened the door. I had to call down to the front desk to have them come and remove it. I may never stay there again.

No Bath soap. The bed squeak and the middle of the bed is caving in, it is very uncomfortable. Breakfast, same menu every day no other option. It can be fixed easily by the management. I still recommend this hotel and when I’m back to Montreal I will book my stay here.

Property was ok, thick dust and cobwebs over the railings where you sit and eat breakfast. Breakfast itself was a disappintment - 4 days of juice boxes, yourgart, over boiled eggs, bread and croissant. Highlight was the fresh melon/pineapple. Staff are lovely and accommodating. Place was quiet. Room was clean but smaller than a colleage dorm room. I was prepared for small from the reviewes but still surprised at what small is there. Only incidents we had.Was the housekeeper cleaning the room when one of us was in the shower. She banged on the bathroom door and proceeded to clean the room with the hallway door open.
