Everything was right there: Chinatown with amazing food, shopping, bus stop just outside, arts centre 5 min walk. Perfect location! I went with two teenagers and it was awesome we all had our own bed. Super comfy beds. Room is small but if you are otg all day and just need a place to crash it is perfect! Highly recommend!

Small room for price with no microwave or iron board. But very clean! Breakfast was okay …fresh fruit was great! Best coffee I had in a while…all the milk and juice you want, fresh and very large croissants! But no meat options just hard boiled eggs. Take out breakfast available which helped a lot! Great location for meals and shops …close to Chinatown which we loved! So if we go again we would consider this hotel again!

Free breakfast was great! Loved that every day we returned to our room - the bed was remade, towels refreshed, coffee, etc. It was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in but luckily we had lots of plans that we basically just slept and showered there anyways. The room we booked said Queen size bed but it definitely wasn't. Overall, the location was absolutely perfect for us which was the main thing and our favorite part was coming back to fresh-made bed every evening!

Dirty and out dated

Booked a room for 3 adults. Could not even put 3 suitcases in the room. Asked for a bigger room and was told this was the biggest they had. We had to book an extra room and no refund was given on the original room we booked. Floor was dirty.

It was nice. Tiny room, the door hit the bed when fully open. Clean areas and helpful staff. Small breakfast only had cereal, croissants, hard boiled eggs and yogurt.

I like the area because right in downtown and near china town. What i dont like the room is pretty small and our first night when i was taking a shower the water stop and handle is not working and still have soap in my body. But next day they fixed it. Overall its okay.. Breakfast is good.

We stayed 4 nights. The room was a bit small, had to put our suitcases on the desk. Only one trash can. No microwave. But…it is convenient for walking to sights and restaurants and having a complementary breakfast in the morning was great

The Hotel didn’t count with a microwave or water or coffee service in the lobby. The Manager of the Cafeteria where we took the daily breakfast was a very rude guy, my wife and I entered the cafeteria and I was going to check with him while she went to take a table, and suddenly he chased her like she were a thief, despite I was telling him she is my wife and I was checking for both of us. I told him he was acting like a policeman, he didn’t care. Also we had the same daily continental breakfast for 4 days, the restaurant was unable to be creative and replace items. I requested a room with twin beds, the room was so small that one of the beds was next to the wall in parallel, while the other bed was in its regular spot. The day we arrived, one of the elevator to the parking was broken and the other elevator took 25 minutes to arrive, and the door to the stairs was locked. We won’t come back to this hotel.
