We had a great time here. The room was clean and organized. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The best pillows, mattress and blankets! Also, great location right next to the metro and near lots of restaurants and a convenience store

Spacious but tv don’t work
It’s a nice apartment hotel with a full kitchen, and laundry. VERY spacious. There were two tvS but neither worked. Dining chairs were in awful condition. Otherwise, great location and easy to get to places. Great Japanese eateries and jazz bars nearby. I would stay again.

Location was great! Within walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. There’s a 24 hour convenience store right next door which was great. Our room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

The suite we stayed in was clean, had a comfortable bed, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was nicely designed. The location of Pierce Boutique Apartment was noisy with traffic and people sounds all day and into the evening. It was generally quietening down around 10 PM. The apartment canopy at the fron of the building is faded and needs to be replaced!

Exactly as pictured from the website, nothing disappointed and we were completely satisfied. Very easy check in instruction and the building was clean and everyone was friendly. The apartment had everything we needed for our brief stay. Floors were clean, big size bed with 4 big pillows was comfortable, washer/dryer, big refrigerator, dishwasher, a television in each room, windows are able to be opened to gain fresh air, AC in both rooms, quiet and really felt safe. The shower was great and the water pressure was right on, no shortage there. The neighborhood had everything, so dining options were a bit hard to decide on because there were so many. Train and buses just a few feet away to visit and see the city without having to drive. We were able to find parking just around the corner of the building where we didn't have to move our car which was a huge plus, because parking was something we were worried about and not having to go park in a garage. Customer service was just a text or call away and someone came by our second day to see if we needed anything and to make sure all was well. We ended up requesting the late check-out which was very easy to do and responses were prompt. Overall we loved everything about Pierce Boutique Apartments and hoped it was a longer stay.
