The Space:
This 2 bedroom unit is newly renovated. The apartment comes fully furnished, and with a fully stocked kitchen (fridge is a mini fridge as seen in pictures). You will be equipped with linens, basic cleaning supplies, a few complementary coffee pods, shampoo, body wash, high speed internet, and a 55'' smart TV. This home also includes all appliances, as well as a washer & dryer

Guest Access:
You will have complete, private access to your unit. Your entrance is on the side of the duplex property.
The owner lives in the upstairs unit, but you will have your own private unit, and private access.

You can easily get around using public transportation, or Uber. Bus and metro (subway) stops are all located within a 10 minute walk away. You can also always try your hand at Bixi bikes (bikes for rent).
