Sehr unfreundliches Personal

Das Zimmer wurde im vorfeld gebucht. Bei der Ankunft wollte uns der Mitarbeiter nicht das reserervierte sondern ein grösseres teureres Zimmer andrehen. Da wir das nicht wollten, hat er sich dumm gestellt und auf unsere Fragen nicht mehr reagiert. Nach knapp 25 Minuten haben wir dann das Hotel verlassen und in einem anderen übernachtet.
