The beds are uncomfortable and poor house cleaning . I spilled orange juice on my comforter , washed it out and gave it to the house cleaner . She tried to blame my daughter’s dog. She never returned with another cover so I had to ask at the desk for a blanket.

Great place to stay. Clean, safe, close to airport. Kids loved the pool. Be careful the pool floor is so slippery, never seen a pool floor like this. It needs to be coated to give some traction or something. We had 4 bad falls just exiting the slide going to the hot tub. Otherwise it was great.

Liked - bed sheets, mattress Did not like - choked room, can't move. Breakfast - if you like cold eggs, plastic bacon, wooden "cutlery", then it's fine but I could not eat there Staff - reception had me waiting for 15-20 minutes; was annoyed when I voiced displeasure; check out was "sterile" - no thank you, no smile, nothing - just "take the card key and go. Never again will I book through Expedia or stay at Microtel
