We stayed at a spacious king with sofa bed room where the living room separated from the bedroom. Very comfortable with the family. The only thing I wish to be added is the microwave. We parked in the Convention center garage right opposite the hotel. But the entrance is from 905 Rue St-Alexandre.

The shower had visible pink scum lining the corners. The shower head was brutal. It did not distribute water evenly just shot out at you with force. No tub. We loved the pool, sauna and computer to play on. The common area was nice to sit and have coffe and relax before going for supper around the hotel. The staff were very freindly and helpful all 3 days we were there.

Location was great, staff was amazing. Room was clean and pool area was nice. Upon arrival staff was great, arranged for early check in with adjoining rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area and was clean and pool warm. Hotel is located near old Montreal and St Catherine.

The staff were all amazing and the rooms were quite nice. Enjoyed the pool with a regular temp pool as well as cold and hot pools although it was small with limited space for guests and some had to wait to come in for others to leave. Restaurant is solid. Very walkable to old Montreal especially the Notre Dame Basilica.

First contact with hotel personnel is the valet parker. He demanded my keys, but I was not using the valet service. He made a big deal of this and insisted several times that I give him the keys. Meanwhile, about 30 minutes later, the car that entered the driveway after me was still sitting there. So what was the urgency? The rest of the stay was uneventful, the room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was excellent. Still, the first contact was enough to make me look elsewhere.
