SCAM!!! I booked this hotel 5 months in advance, one hour before check in time I got a text message saying my room is under renovation and they will not be able to accommodate me. I called the property manager, they answered the phone with no indication that it was a hotel. I asked for a different room and he told me to hang up and text him my name, I did so and never heard back for 20mins. I then called the number again and someone different answered the phone, he apologized and told me it would take 5-7 business days to receive my refund. This was very inconvenient and put a damper on my trip. Luckily I found another hotel that accommodated us during my stay in Montreal. I still have not received my refund, DO NOT STAY HERE

It was the worst experience in my whole life..We were not even able to check into the property..we a family of 6(inclduing kids) were told by the property management(lady named Rachel) just few hours before check in that the property have some issues so we should cancel the booking and get the refund which was impossible for us that time..they were not even trying to arrange some alternate accomodation and after pressing them so much they told they will provide another apartment in the same building.. We drove from very far (ontario) and when we reached the property around midnight, we were not able to check in using the lock code provided by email and whtsapp.. When I called the customer care, they told us that there is some technical issue in that property and we cant stay in that apartment and they also told that they dont have any other property in montreal for us We 6 people with kids were starnded in that aprtment building with so many luggages at midnight and we didnt have any place to stay.. I called them almost 30 times as initially even stopped picking up my call.. Somehow they picked up my call and then to my surpise a man named Andy told me at midnight that he have one apartment in kingston which is around 3-4 hours away from Montreal..this is how unprofessional this company is..they expect people who came to visit Montreal to go back to kingston.we even xpedia customer care response was also pathetic.we want a compensation against this worst experience.

Booked an apartment but when I arrived the rental was completely not as pictured. The rental had not been cleaned -‘bed and bathroom where clearly used and dirty. The whole apartment was very low quality and uncomfortable with stained fabrics and basic and broken furnishings. Was able to get moved to another unit which was significantly better and more closely resembled the booking site images. Would never trust this property again. Very disappointed.

Spacious but not very comfortable . The bed was small and low quality for 2 adults. A fan is needed for summer months, needed air circulation. Area is great! Comms with host were clear.

First off all there is no AC. I do not think this property should be on the market for rent during summer time with the temp reaching 92 degrees at time. The shower curtain very durty. The kitchen light stop working after my second night at the apartment. The cool water from the bathtub stop running two day after we check in. We call for assistance, and I was told that they will informe the concern team. I booked the apartment for 5 days but start having issue after my second night. I called and complained but never received any assistance.

The communication for checking-in was not sent and the process around receiving it was stressful. Other then the bad first impression from the rental company, the rental was nice, easy to access and in a great area for using local transit. We will likely stay again if it is available next year around the Canada GP weekend.

Great location literally steps from the side entrance to the Metro. But also easily walkable to many areas! The bathroom was new and pretty nice but as other have mentioned some basic maintenance is missing in some areas. Definitely good value. We were here for the F1 Grand Prix and it was well priced compared to others.

We stayed for two nights. The coordination was timely and the cleanliness was good. It had easy access to restaurants and downtown. The only issue we had was the number of stairs and the narrow hallway to reach the unit. My mother was with us and had some difficulty navigating the stairs

Good: - Check in was smooth with email instructions and door codes - Apartment was spacious and well lit - mostly renovated except the bathroom Bad: - looks like the front door and two bedroom doors had been previously kicked in and poorly repaired - son was trapped in bedroom because door handle wasn't engaging properly and we had to remove the handle to get him out - bathroom door handle was finicky and needed help opening from the outside - Mouse droppings in the bathroom! I saw a mouse underneath the kitchen table - Traffic noise is quite loud (but that will be the same for most places in Montréal)

La pire expérience que j'ai vécue. L'arrivée a été désastreuse. Je n'ai pas eu accès au logement no 1 la 1ère nuit parce que le code pour ouvrir la boîte à clé n'était pas le bon. Le service à la clientèle (en anglais seulement) continuait à me donner le même code. Ils n'avaient pas d'autres logements disponibles la 1ère nuit. J'ai dû louer une chambre dans un autre hôtel. Le lendemain, j'ai dû attendre jusqu'à 11h45 pour voir arriver 2 personnes de la maintenance. Eux aussi n'avaient pas la clé du logement. Après quelques heures, j'ai eu accès à un autre logement qui était libre. Vers 23h, une personne dans le couloir menant aux logements m'a dit qu'il avait loué le logement où j'étais situé. J'ai expliqué ma situation à la personne. Il est parti et je ne l'ai pas revu par la suite. Le logement qu'il m'avait donné était mieux que celui que j'ai loué. Pour la journée suivante, ils ont finalement régler le problème. J'ai pu parler à une personne qui parle français. Il avait la clé du logement 1 et j'ai pu m'installer dans ce logement. Je n'ai pas pu m'installer dans le logement où j'étais parce qu'il n'était pas libre. Le logement 1 est correct. Un peu de poussière. Dans la cuisine, il n'y a pas de fourchettes et de cuillères mais il y a assez de couteaux. Dans la salle de bain, pas de shampoing et le savon à mains n'est pas fonctionnel. J'ai dû aller en acheter. Le reste de mon séjour s'est passé comme prévu.

It was nice for how inexpensive it was. It would be nicer with some maintenance like fixing the broken window in the bedroom, getting a better lock on the door, having a bathroom handle that was attached firmly to the door, etc. I was willing to overlook these things because of the price.

Mon séjour c'est très mal passé. Á mon arrivée pas de télévision, pas de wifi et pas de lumière dans la chambre. J'ai contacté à plusieurs reprises le service de maintenance mais en vain. Ils m'ont à chaque fois dit que quelqu'un viendrait et durant mon séjour de 5 jours personnes n'est venu. A chaque appel ils m'ont assuré qu'ils reviendraient vers moi. Le dernier jour j'ai demandé une compensation , on m'a confirmé par téléphone que ce serait le cas, j'ai demandé une confirmation écrite, ils ne me l'ont jamais envoyée. Je ne conseil pas du tout cet établissement , toutes les nuits j'ai été réveillée à 3h du matin par une machinerie qui se mettait en route pendant au moins une heure. Á éviter absolument! J'attends toujours ma compensation!

je ne recommande pas cette établissement , déjà nous n'avons pas reçu les codes 24 heures en avance , on a du les réclamer au service clientèle à notre arrivée sur place , le code de la porte principale fonctionnait mais pas celui de la boîte à clés , après plus de 3 heures d'attente et aucune solution du service clientèle (qui ne parle pas le français et mal l’anglais) un ouvrier sur place a pris l'initiative de nous ouvrir l'appartement et c'est lui aussi qui nous a fait un double de la clé . ça c'est le début , le ménage dans l'appartement avait été mal fait , beaucoup de poussières , intérieur des meubles sales robinet de l'évier de cuisine mal fixé , on s'est plaint à nouveau au service client et personne n'est venu , pas même d'excuses du propriétaire. De plus pour un apprart' hôtel aucun couvert pour manger (on a du en acheter ) et là non plus pas de réponses du service clientèle . Il aurait été bien aussi de préciser que cet appartement est situé sous le niveau de la rue (très bruyante). le seul point positif est l'emplacement . Au final je ne conseille pas cet appart' hôtel , c'est une grosse déception et cela a gâché nos vacances . Tout ceci a été signalé à EXPEDIA (site de réservation ) qui eux aussi n'ont jamais obtenue de réponses pour l'instant.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet appartement. Heureusement il faisait très beau et nous n'y étions que pour dormir. Appartement trés sombre en sous sol. De mauvaises informations ont fait que nous ne pouvions pas récupérer la clé dans la boîte à clé, mauvais code....que nous avons finalement trouvé tout seul au bout de 2 heures de discussion ! Il y a une cuisine mais pas de couverts ! donc impossible de prendre nos repas sur place ! Nous ne recommanderons pas hotels.com
