Great spot right downtown (only a block away from shops and restaurants on Saint-Catherine Street). The hotel itself was really nice with free breakfast and dinner for club members.

We arrived early and our room was not ready. I was impressed by the courtesy of the staff, we were given a key to access the VIP lounge on the 37th floor so we could wait in comfort. Check in time came and our room was still not ready, no problem, we go back to the VIP lounge and our bags were delivered to our room and the valet came to hand us our key and inform us! This service was outstanding!!! I will stay here again and highly recommend a room with access to the VIP Lounge, breakfast and 5 p.m. hors d’oeuvres were brilliant. Thank you to all the staff of The Sheraton who made this 40th Anniversary trip so incredible!

Very comfortable and clean. Staff was so friendly. The room was clean and modern. Only usues were - charging station in the table didnt work - the shower handle though modern, was difficult to turn the water on and off. Would definitely go back.
