Hotel is nice and clean, located about 15 mins walking to Old Town. The staff wasn't very friendly at check-in and also not very helpful with recommendations (almost dismissive). We got free welcome drinks at the rooftop bar (which isn't much of a rooftop bar - very small). The restaurant downstairs has decent food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again but next time maybe opt for a higher floor.

We arrived at the hotel around 10am after disembarking from a cruise ship and fortunately, we were "roomed" immediately. The view from the rooftop lounge and pool is spectacular. We ate at the restaurant off the lobby for two dinners and a breakfast. The food and service were good.

We had a wedding at Espace Gare Viger so this Hotel was just walking distance to the reception. Very convenient, we had a corner room with ceiling to floor windows with beautiful views of old Montreal and the ferris wheel. Very clean, bed was comfortable, I loved the little details of lights that lit up under the bed and the bathroom mirror at night. We parked underground with a small fee. Also we ate at their little restaurant the next morning, it was nice and spacious, good service.

Location was good except that the roads around were closed by the police because of a nearby suspected arson. The taxi driver had great difficulty finding a way to get us to the the hotel.

Didn't love up to it's rating. Not 5* but more a 3*. No one to help with luggage, heated rooftop pool was cold. Breakfast spread had all the essentials but using a coupon service lowered the standard.
