Despite the fact Hurricane Helena impacted our travel from Florida by one day, Expedia LIED!!! stating they spoke with the hotel,and they couldn't accommodate our request to extend our stay one day. HOWEVER, when I spoke with the front desk manager, Ms Noor, she was incredibly empathetic, and understood our extenuating circumstance, and had no problem extending out stay the extra night.
