Nice hotel but was extremely noisy, our room windows were on top of the reception street side and people from hotel were smoking and extremely loud in the middle of the night that we couldn’t sleep well But other than that a nice place

Our expectations were greater than what we experienced. Priced too high for the value. Lack of communication upon arrival regarding how to arrange for room housekeeping. Bed creaked so badly that you could not turn over during the night without disturbing each other.

This property is beautiful and one of a kind. One of the best places I have ever stayed at. Right in heart of old Montreal, it is a first class experience. As a solo business woman traveller, it felt incredibly safe, I could venture out and walk around the city, but didnt have to leave the property because such great spaces to hang out. Highly recommend. This is my new go-to place to come for business travel.

I got in from work . I called Room service for food. The front desk overnight said the kitchen was closed without trying to give options on other ways to get food. I thought was very rude.

Very nice hotel, well situated in the old city, with great customer service. My only criticism is that the floor of our room was a cheap linoleum material that was very cold. Also the bed was worn with a hollow in the middle that I had to fight throughout the night.

We had a fabulous time at Hotel William Gray. It was at the end of our trip and what a wonderful way to cap it off. We had drinks and a light dinner in the rooftop bar. The mocktails were delicious for the two in our party who don't drink alcohol. We received room upgrades through Hotels.com and the rooms were super comfortable/chic and the bathrooms were fabulous! If we're in Montreal, we'll sure stay there again!
