Great location, could use some updates
Our stay at the Omni was good overall. The first morning there was a major leak in our room from an issue with the radiator but the staff put us in another room immediately. The hotel is a little dated but comfortable. The price was reasonable due to it being the off season. Not sure I would stay at high season prices. Location is great for exploring Montreal.

The staff were wonderful, from front desk (and their adorable mascot!) to the restaurant and bar staff. They were professional and friendly to our group of American tourists. Rooms were clean and comfy with excellent views of downtown and Mont Royal Park.

Special thanks to Michael in the restaurant, the doormen who were extremely helpful with taxis and the concierge who not only provided valuable sightseeing advice but was able to confirm a dinner reservation that I was unable to.
