I arrived at 2am, it took almost 30minutes to get my key, the room was stinking seriously,the bathroom wasnt well cleaned..there was spot and dirts all over the lamp switch...and the carpet was o my God!!!!!dirty, the breakfast was meh!!!..this is the first and last time that i will ever stay in that hotel .I am a traveler and i have never seen a sad looking place like that hotel.

A few minor hiccups with me being stuck in the elevator on a Sunday for an hour. However, fire department came to the rescue. Attending manager also went all out to provide additional comfort by providing complimentary stay to assuage the negative experience. This together with the top shelf facilities ensured another satisfied customer :-)

Maybe it was just me. I had lot of issues with the property. 1. Driving Directions at the middle of night isn't great. Had to spend extra 10 minutes to find the parking lot. 2. There was a room mix up and I got a smaller room as my room was given to someone else. 3. Had to move to the regular room within 5 minutes as there was another mix up the following day. 4. The toilet stopped working the following day and I had to use the common area toilet. 5. The breakfast is what you pay for. Not sure what the egg is made off. Overall the facility is clean. I just ran into a lot of issues. I loved the underground car park and the car wash.
