Convenient location to Chinatown and Old Montreal. Disappointed with Christmas market off of Renee Levesque. Not one stand with ornaments, steins, or any Christmas related items. More like a craft show with things to eat. Modavie restaurant was excellent as usual. Located on St Paul street off of Rue St Larent. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

Staff was great all around! Only thing I will say is our room was right beside the elevator so all we could hear all night was it going up and down, it especially didn’t help that they’re really old, and the heater in our room, every single time it would kick on me and my buddy got woken up, every time, because it sounds like someone heating up boiling water with a loud air blowing noise!

Lovely, reasonably priced hotel in the center of Montreal. Pierre at the front desk was especially wonderful. The room was very nice, clean with a good bathroom. The only issue was the heat unit was not working well, but they offered to change us to a new room, also on the top floor.

Excellent location, across the street from a metro station. Chinatown and its many restaurants are just a block or two away. The area by the metro station, however, is a bit shaky and I'm not sure I would be comfortable there at night. My room was fine, except that the curtains were very thin and you could not get the room dark. I was on the other side from the sunrise and when I left my room in the morning I can see how bright it was by seeing the lights streaming out from under the doors on the other side of the corridor. I couldn't sleep in a room like that. The vending and ice machines on my floor were broken all week.

Staff very professional and attentive. Construction nearly its a little noisy. Suggestions: Breakfast is good but it needs to be varied some days. Curtains in the room need to be more private. Limited variety in tv channels, need more choices.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and highly recommend it. The staff are exceptional and made my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's facilities and amenities exceeded my expectations. However, I had a less impressive experience at their associated restaurant. Unfortunately, the service was slow and lacking, particularly when it came to getting water. I requested it multiple times, but it never arrived. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was satisfying, and the coffee service was fast and friendly. Based on my stay, I would definitely consider booking the hotel again in the future, but I would be more cautious in my dining choices.
