Great hotel. Parc avenue heading north is fairly dingy with quite a few homeless and derilects. Sherbrooke avenue is fine.

I would stay again given the right deal.
This hotel was fine, the room was pretty good. The pool area could use some extra cleaning and maintenance for sure, the filter on the pool was so full of hair I thought a cat was stuck in there, that was unpleasant. My wife also thought there were too many spiders in the pool area. The front of the hotel is hectic as it has limited space for cars. If I got an amazing deal I would stay there again, it’s a little pricey in my opinion.

The carpet is old, not feel so clean, as soon as I opened the door of the room, it had a strong smell, not so comfortable. Overall looks not like a famous hotel. It is not worth the price of a 4-star hotel.
