The style of the hotel is great, the beds are super comfy. However the rooms were musky and mold smelling. Our shower head was broke but they were prompt to fix it. We did not get VIP access. The valet man on arrive and on departure he as amazing.

Took a short birthday week trip to Montreal and settled on Hotel 10 after comparing a few other nearby hotels for my stay. Location, price, and reviews were great, and the bonus free valet parking Expedia benefit was the deciding factor. I'm glad I picked Hotel 10! The staff were all nice, helpful. and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. My VIP status got me an upgrade to a suite, and I found it to be a pleasant, clean, and quiet stay. The *huge* bed was just the right amount of firmness for me and I slept like the dead. Despite being close to street/ground level, I barely heard anything. The shower wasn't draining well and it was seen to immediately upon my mentioning it to the front desk (fixed in minutes while I was out getting a bite to eat). The only down side to the suite was figuring out which light switch went to which light... but don't let that deter you from booking a room here, as I was able to get it all sorted fairly fast once I actually paid attention. Over all, I enjoyed my stay here and will almost certainly book a room here again on my next trip to Montreal.
