It was okay. Looked completely different in pictures but in reality bathroom sealing paint was pealing off and table drawers were old. I would say it’s 3 start hotel not 4 star. Honestly, I wouldn’t book it again.

We had a junior suite and the room was huge. Plenty of room to unpack and move around. Made the stay quite pleasant. The hotel is on the edge of Chinatown and Little Italy (I believe) and the neighborhood seemed a little in transition but we didn't feel unsafe. A little noisy on Friday/Saturday night but didn't keep us awake. Hotel10 is definitely worth the value of being a little outside of the Old Port or downtown. I would stay here again. Added bonus: we were able to rent a car at the Avis/Budget office on property which was very convenient and hassle free.

The only negative was the bar/food service the first night. Slow, unexperienced bartender, cook, table buser, order taker was all alone and it was a disaster. Slow forgetful service and after 1-hour waiting for food was told that they ran out of the choice we ordered.

Hotel 10 is magnificent. Extra clean, new and very comfortable. They even let you leave your car parked (if you pay for valet) for an additional 4 hours AFTER checkout time at noon. Thank you, Hotel 10!

Conveniently located boutique hotel that is close to tourist sites, downtown and lots of great place to eat/drink. Staff were friendly and the only issue is super late check in at 4pm, but luckily I got an early check in around 2pm.
