Appeared to be recently renovated, very nice and comfortable hotel with very hospitable staff. My one negative was the room I booked for myself and family accommodated up to 6 persons but I only had myself on the reservation when I booked for myself and family of 3 more persons so they did not give me the breakfast vouchers for everyone, didn’t see the reason for this. Thanks

Disappointing Stay at Embassy Suites, Montreal As a frequent traveler and a regular guest at Embassy Suites across the USA, I’ve always considered this hotel chain one of my favorites. However, my recent experience at the Embassy Suites in Montreal was incredibly disappointing and did not live up to the their standard. The staff seemed to have limited knowledge of the hotel’s amenities and services. Everything about the hotel felt like it was operating at a lower level of quality, far below what I’ve experienced at other Embassy Suites locations. To be honest, it felt more like staying at a budget motel, despite paying premium Hilton prices. One glaring issue was the elevators. One elevator was out of order when we arrived, and the second one broke down the next day, forcing guests to use the stairs. It’s hard to believe that a hotel of this caliber would allow such inconveniences to happen. The food was also a letdown. Both my wife and I were dissatisfied with the breakfast offerings, especially the omelette and French toast, which seemed to be of lower quality compared to other Embassy Suites we’ve stayed at. Parking is also an issue here, I don’t want to dig into it now. Overall, this experience was far from what I expected, and I do not recommend this particular location.

Property is in great condition. Staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast will be my drive to go back to this property. The only thing that I wasn’t happy about was the limited dining and how expensive was the market at the hotel.
