This is one of those places where you do not want to stay for more than a night. There was paint peel off the walls, the bathroom was exceedingly small, the water pressure was way too low, the exterior gives rundown motel vibes. On a good note, you can see that some efforts were made to make the lobby/check-in area a little bit more appealing but overall it is just an old hotel that they tried to spruce up with a bucket of paint and some carpets. I think it is time for another overhaul. The beds were clean and comfortable though so if you want just a night because you are passing through.... it will do. Not likely to return to this place.

Hooks and soap dish were not well attached to walls. Wall outlets had extenders which were all full. Plug ins on desk were loose and wouldn’t hold the plug snugly. But - staff were amazingly wonderful and the food at breakfast was excellent and good value!

The best thing about this place is the breakfast. Delicious and very reasonably priced. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and you don't mind peeling paint and an air handling unit that makes a lot of noise, it's an okay place, especially for the price.

There was no shuttle service, construction next door, restaurant closed early, none of the vending machines worked, slots for change were glued shut. Customer service was terrible, they couldn’t get me an airport taxi. Were gossiping and chatting not interested in doing their job. No gluten free options on breakfast menu. Soooo disappointing.

It was very poor customer service I was very disappointed the way she’s talking to me and treating me Also There was no room service. I booked two nights the second day nobody came to clean the room or do anything I asked about it. They ignored me. That was very weird. Never witnessed like this before. The hotel has a lot of construction around. It was very dusty and allergic people will get very disturbed. Also, there was no parking lot to park the car at all times

Heavy construction around the building that makes the whole thing shake. 6am-6pm ( oct 16 2024) Our first room, the carpet was damp in the bathroom, the ac was noisy, the room smelt like chemicals. Second room was much better but the dust hanging off the ceiling was pretty long and gross. The bed was terrible, mattress is way overdue to be changed and pillows were flat and lumpy. Save yourself a visit to the chiropractor and book a room somewhere else. The rooms have been recently painted and carpet changed but the bed is definitely old. The food at the restaurant came from a can and the freezer and the portions were very small.

Booked this hotel as it was near the airport and a reasonable price for an unexpected layover. We were not very impressed, hotel was in rough shape and unclean. The hotel smelled bad and felt a little unsafe.

There is a lot of construction going on at the building right next to them. Parking was very limited and it was very hard to get in and out. There was also construction debris everywhere in the parking lot. Staff was friendly.
