It is in a great location to get out into the old town and downtown Montreal. It felt very safe. Was quiet. Geat for going to a conference at the Palais.

This is a unique property that is very stylish. Iwould say brutalist. It is also very complete with a kitchen that even includes an oven. The location is great. The only drawback is that it is painfully difficult to Check-in using the software that they use. if you are not very comfortable using your phone for just about everything, even checking out, I would be wary. Oherwise an excellent experience.

Hallways are super dark and I was glad my phone never died so I didn’t have my access code to my room. But those are super minor comments. It was a fantastic stay, would very much recommend this place. Plus, you couldn’t beat the location. Right in old Montreal but so close to downtown. 5 stars easily.

When I finally got into the property, it was beautiful. The room has everything one would need including good streaming services. It is impossible to get in early or stay later without paying a lot. There is no ability to store bags before being admitted to the room. A service is recommended that is .8 miles away. I had to use this both before and after residency. It was about USD $13 each time.

Great location, apt is very well outfitted. Access codes are cumbersome, and hall lighting is inadequate to see the key pad. The office is rarely staffed (we were there for four days) but they are responsuve via email if you can wade through the electronic documents. Recommend you figure out how to download/tab them.

Enjoyed being within walking distance of all Old Montreal has to offer. Super comfortable bed, awesome shower, and very quiet. No issues with online checkin process. The one question we had was answered promptly when we texted. Would highly recommend.
