It was a pleasure being greeted by Matt when we first arrived. My husband & I loved the breakfast and the lady who worked the area was charming. We weren't too crazy about the "no elevator" thing and we thought it was a tad expensive for Pointe Claire.

I had a great stay! Very friendly staff, clean room and hotel, lots of delicious options for breakfast, and great central location. The only downside I had was there was no elevator and I had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs to the second floor room. But otherwise it was a good experience.
