We booked a standard room, which was tiny. It would be fine for one guest, but two will trip over each other. This hotel is charming, but in desperate need of some TLC. The walls need a fresh coat of paint, the furniture is worn and the carpeting is stained. Our tub faucet leaked and the wall heater/vent in the bathroom didn't work. Neither did the lighted makeup mirror and hair dryer. We could not adjust the temperature in our room, so we assume the thermostat was broken, too. Taking a shower made the whole room fog up. The bedding is good quality, but it was tough to sleep because of the heat and humidity. Opening the window helped, but there's no screens so we had leaves blowing in. If your room faces Sherbrooke, like ours did, you will hear sirens and traffic from the street all night. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but this hotel looks tired.
