In the heart of everything - 2 minutes walk to Peel Metro - got 3 day unlimited all-island transit pass. Was easy to walk or subway to any of the places we wanted to go. Anything else was Uber because it was cold. Staff was excellent. The only down side was the restaurant for breakfast was not really manned well. The food was meh and way overpriced. Went to another breakfast place 1 min away it was excellent. Overall -was an excellent stay.

This is clearly an older hotel that has had some upgrades, but could use a few more. Our original room was right next to the elevator shaft and was very noisy. The staff very kindly and immediately assigned us to a new much quieter room. Watcher step in and out of the room in the bathroom. Some of them have a high marble lip, which is a bit of a tripping hazard if you're not on the lookout. The bed, linens and towels are good quality, so the upgrades have been put in the right place. we did not eat at the café on the floor, but it looked really nice. The staff was extremely helpful very professional and very nice to us. All in all, an excellent stay.

I recently stayed here, it's a nice hotel with friendly staff, very professional. Check-in was easy, and I was impressed with the size of the room. It was larger than a typical hotel room, which made our stay more comfortable. The hotel is very central, although they don't offer breakfast they have a restaurant and there is a Starbucks across the street. It's close to many amenities.

This is our second time in Montreal and from the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff was pleasant and very helpful. The room was huge, I wish there was a microwave in suite but overall our stay was great.

Great hotel, center of downtown!
Great hotel , walking distance to everything (food, mall, shops). Little outdated but gives it character for being in downtown Montreal. Shower made loud noise as if something was off balance with water pressure but other than that, quiet floors and could not recommend the location enough
