Property located in a very central location for my needs. Very close to shops, restaurants and Mount Royal is behind the hotel. Hotel was also spacious. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Understaffed. No water in the rooms. Water dispenser in the lobby malfunctions. Staff stays that we should talk to Coca Cola when we get an energy drink instead of water. There is nothing in the facility that we associate with Best Western. Rooms are clean, location is good, but the management is focused on profiteering tather than providing good service.

Pleasant stay in the centre of Montreal city
I stayed here three nights. I felt it was expensive but I didn’t really compare prices as I was more interested in being able to get around Montreal easily using public transport Hotel is well positioned , just a short walk from peel metro stop. The main rail station is around 15 minutes walk. Staff were very chatty , friendly and efficient on check in, quickly giving me my room which was on the 12th floor. There are 4 lifts and I rarely waited more than a minute for one to become free. My Room was a bit dated but everything was clean and bed was very comfortable. The view was ok too , looking towards the city. I had breakfast in the place too , a bit pricey but satisfactory. For other meals you have to go elsewhere but plenty of choices nearby. I recommend the Italian just down the road. Overall , top location , great staff and I can recommend without hesitation.

The beds were very hard and so were the pillows. They must have been at least a couple of years old and be noise from the outside of my room was horrible. I couldn't wait to go to my next hotel on my sojourn. The the white noise machine that I brought with me could not mask at all. This sound that was coming from the street below. It was pretty bad. This sleeping was horrible.
