We found Auberge St. Jacques Motel to be very clean, comfortable and nice. The room and especially the bathroom was upscale and spotless. The bed was queen sized and it was not the most comfortable bed ever, but it was ok. It didn’t have a box spring which would have made it more comfortable for us because the mattress sat too low on the bed frame without a box spring. The room had a nice little refrigerator which came in handy and the office supplied us with coffee every morning. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels upon request. My husband wasn’t crazy about the vertical blinds for privacy reasons but the rooms and motel appeared to have been freshly renovated and well kept. There was sufficient on-site parking. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The check in and check out went well, the staff was always friendly. We got the room with a hot tub, everything looked well maintained and clean. We did hear people above us though who were waking up earlier than us, like their voices and steps.I brought ear plugs so it helped with that. But haven't had issues with noise during the night for the nights we stayed. The AC unit is a bit old and makes some noise during the time it is regulating the room temperature. Also it seems like maybe the person who stayed in before us may have smoked inside the room because there was a lingering smell in the room, not enough to cause discomfort but you can suspect something. I don't think that is a service problem rather someone is not following the rules Aside from those things we did not have any other issues staying here

This was a nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay in Montreal. The staff were very nice, courteous and helpful. It was a comfortable and safe walk to the strip of fabulous restaurants on Sherbrooke. (We will definitely be returning to dine again at La Louisiane, Cajun restaurant). And the trip from the Auberge St. Jacques to PET International Airport was a short one.

even though i had parking every night, it did feel limited if you are staying with multiple cars in one room. overall good place to stay if you just need a place to crash. limited mirrors in room, hard to get ready for a night out.

For the price I paid $170 cnd I expected better. They have tried to do a facelift but the property/building is old. The walls were thin, the bathroom fan and facets squealed and the maid vacuumed upstairs at 8am and it was loud AF. Probably won’t pick this place again:( However, the staff were nice enough and the coffee was decent.

Motel without view
It’s a motel in an industrial area. People can walk by your window and look inside bedroom Rooms are quite small. A tiny shelf (size of two A4 pages), shower curtains, shampoo in small paper bags. Good internet and clean rooms, free coffee ! Quite overpriced with 146 CAD with taxes. Very good Mexican restaurant around the corner and bus station in front. All in all ok ‘ish.
