I actually did take the time with you to detail your bill together so that there is no misunderstanding. Madame Bonjour,Nous nous étonnons de votre commentaire qui nous semble excessif. En effet, les photos peuvent être différentes : car nous ne pouvons pas mettre les photos de TOUTES les chambres en ligne. Par ailleurs, vous aviez réservé une chambre Double confort, nous vous avons surclassé en chambre Double supérieure, plus grande, pensant que cela vous ferait plaisir. Nous nous sommes trompés manifestement…Concernant le prix, vous dites « au prix que ça coûte c’est pas normal »… Nous vous répondons qu’il y a mieux mais c’est plus cher ! Nous sommes un Hôtel familial deux étoiles en centre-ville de Montpellier qui (pour votre information) est noté 7.5/10 pour son rapport qualité/prix sur 1 487 commentaires. Enfin, merci de surligner la propreté et le service rendu par notre personnel. En revanche nous nous étonnons de ne pas avoir eu de retour de votre part pendant votre séjour concernant les différents problèmes techniques évoqués…Bien cordialement,La direction
