The room was nice and clean. There was curtesy coffee but no curtesy water for the coffee. The water park was half serviced. 3 rides were closed, unable to do zip line because it was closed, rock climbing was closed. The restaurant for dinner took over one hour to receive the food, staff were very inattentive. On top of waiting for an hour for food we didn’t get any utensils and took a long time to get someone’s attention to ask for some. Everything should have been cheaper for not having everything up and running for whatever reason they have.

Arrived and it was noticeably cool, we Were advised that there were no towels Available in the water park with no ETA on when there would be any. They advertise that it is 84 degrees, but it was so cold my children couldn’t enjoy the water park because of the jmcomfable temps. As if this was not bad enough we were advised that the power was going out and offered flash lights, with one employee stating the sun would come up while the power was out it would just be no heat, microwave or lights. Our weekend was ruined. Completely disappointed.
