I had forgotten I had paid in advance. When I arrived I presented my ID & a credit card as payment for the room. The card was in my wife’s name as mine on the same account was misplaced. I was denied a room as my wife was not present, her being in a nursing home with dementia and no way to send permission and her ID as the clerk requested. elegant and spacious
The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in. The bathroom suite alone was as big as a room normally. The t.v. was in an awkward place. As far as the gambling, not so user friendly. The drink service was horrible, and I did not notice any winners being paid!

The only thing that was nice about our stay was the area of NY there was nothing to do in the casino except gamble. No shops and only 4 restaurant 2 of which were Chinese, one diner and a steak house. Definitely need more variety. Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun in CT blow this resort away, hands down.

The hotel was very clean, with huge rooms. We went to Lotus restaurant which was excellent. The food was delicious and the service was great. Perfect little get away with everything in close proximity.
