This house was curated for family & friends to enjoy featuring TWO King En-suite’s! No boat, no problem! Beaver Creek & Conley Bottom Marina’s are nearby w/boat rentals. Enjoy the large firepit area overlooking the forest and bring the s'mores! Rejuvenate in the luxurious spa!

Relax in the new Bull Frog X7 Premiere Spa, play corn hole, darts, lawn darts, board games, read a book or work on a puzzle, we supply it all! Grill at home and never leave! You name it, Barndo Bliss has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. There is ample parking onsite for up to 8 vehicles & boat trailers in the driveway, located at the end of the cul-de-sac on one acre that backs to a lake cove. Boat trailers must be backed in from the street entrance.

This home is a two story floor plan. The first floor is an open concept featuring the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The area boasts spaciousness with plenty of seating offering a large, comfy sectional sofa. The covered patio is off of the dining room and features the new spa and sitting area for tranquility and quality time with family and friends. Enjoy cooking dinner on the Weber gas grill and S'mores for dessert in the large fire pit area overlooking the large forest.

The space also offers a first floor laundry closet and powder room. The second floor offers TWO master bedroom with en-suites with luxurious walk in showers. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom which has a shower/bath tub combo. All four bedrooms feature soaring vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans!

This is the country! The closest grocery store is 12 miles away, so pack accordingly!

Guests have access to all living space and outdoor space except the garage, the closet under the stairs, and one master closet.

New street with limited lots and single family homes. The property is located in a cul-de-sac and backs up to a large acreage forest. 0.8 miles from boat ramp.

The nearest town is 12 miles away, so it's best to purchase all of your needs prior to arrival. A Walmart is located in Monticello which is on your way to the property.
Ramsey's Point boat ramp is only about a mile down the road....So bring your boat!!! There is ample parking for multiple boats in the driveway.

The bunk room offers a smart tv with a DVD player and kid-friendly movies and books to enjoy!

Secluded paradise
This property was such a dream. We came down for a few nights with our friends, kids, and pups and everything was perfect for our entire group. The outdoor entertaining space was big enough for everyone to hang out and afternoon football inside was perfect! We used the huge open concept to let all the kids carve pumpkins. The bathrooms and bedrooms were exactly as described. The nightly fires were so relaxing, and the area was so quiet. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much hosts for giving us a space to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Mini vacay with spouse and adult children
The property was in a calm, serene setting which was just what we needed! The decor was upscale and thoughtfully decorated from the wall art to the linens, etc. When we go with our adult kids we have a tradition that we each take one night to cook dinner- the kitchen was well-appointed and easy to carry on this tradition! They have a very nice grill which my son-in-law also enjoyed using for the meal they prepared. As others have said, you do need to plan ahead as far as eating out and/or going to the store but that was NOT a big deal at all since we knew in advance. It honestly probably helped us to slow down a bit. We spent time in the hot tub as well as on the covered patio and enjoyed playing games. We went to the quaint town of Somerset one day to eat lunch as well as peruse the shops. Another day we rented a pontoon boat on Lake Cumberland, using a marina which was only 20 minutes away. Spending the day on this lake was so peaceful on a weekday. :) We all agreed that we would all go back! Thank you for the oasis you have created, Kevan and Steph.

Beautiful home well equipped for a large family stay. We had 12 people from 3 generations and we all had a great time. The outdoor space is great and the hot tub is amazing! The beds are comfy too. Absolutely loved this barndo! From the kitchen to dining area to family area to bed rooms and bathrooms, everything was impeccable. The decor and extra amenities were on point all the way. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit as well as the wifi. Stocked with extras that we might have forgotten and a lovely welcome basket of treats. Very quiet location, a bit far from restaurants and even good hiking but we cook most meals so it was perfect for us. The birds sang softly in the woods and sunlight through the lovely windows made the house even more enjoyable. Top notch...even our picky adult children said they would come back any time! Thanks for making our getaway very special!
