Easy access on level ground for unloading & loading. More than enough space for adequate parking for cars/trucks & boats.
This house is a single story house on just over 1/3 of an acre.
It features a screened in front porch & back deck that overlooks a pond. Conveniently located 1 mile away from the Conley Bottom boat ramp.
Please, be advised, this house is on a septic tank. Nothing goes into the toilet other than human waste & toilet paper. No food or grease down drains.
Living room & dining room areas offer an open-air concept w/ cathedral ceilings.
Family room has a smart TV, Wi-Fi, 2-recliners, & a queen size sleeper sofa. In addition, this room has a sliding glass door to isolate it from the rest of the house.
Dinning room has a large rectangle table & a round table is located in kitchen area. Both tables have four chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped w/ the following: a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer w/ ice maker & filtered water, stove, & microwave, a Keurig combo coffee maker, 2-crock pots, a mixer, dishes, glasses, utensils, & pots & pans are available. Dish towels & dish clothes are provided. In addition, dish & hand soap are provided.
A large charcoal grill available for outdoor cooking. Please, bring your own charcoal & lighter fluid.
The bathroom has a tub/shower, towels, wash clothes, & hand towels provided.
An electric 30-gallon hot water tank has enough hot H2o for a full 10-minute shower. You may extended this by using the flow reducer on the shower head. Please, allow for recovery time between showers. Additional showers facilities are available at the dock free at no charge.
2 Bedrooms w/ queen size beds & a queen size sleeper sofa in the Tv/family room area. Bedding is provided for the 2-beds & the sleeper sofa.
Additional space in living room for your own air mattress is available. Please, bring the appropriate size bedding.
No laundry facilities are available on this site. Laundry facilities may be available at the campground. A clothesline is located over the back deck.
A $25.00 fee for every person over 6.
I will only put out enough towels for 6 guests.
Please, be respectful to the property & to the community members. Remember, cigarette butts are litter.

Awesome little house
Really liked the house. It was cozy. The folks that owned the house were amazing. Responded to every question I had immediately. Definitely will rent this house again the next time I plan a trip to Lake Cumberland.

Close to Conley and clean!
The house was very clean and had everythibg we needed for our small family. It was quiet and private, great porch and lovely fore pit. It was hard to bring our boat down the road and turn it around/get it into the driveway, but we managed. Would definitely stay again!

We have been coming down to Conley Bottom for over 40 years and his is the nicest place to stay in the area. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and very close to the marina. Great house, needs new AC
The house itself was great. Lots of room to hangout and socialize. Rooms were spacious. Extremely clean when we arrived. Our only downfall was the AC. It was not very cool in the house. It wouldn’t get any cooler than 75-76 so that’s where we left it for the trip. On the last night we came back from a day out on the lake and it was 88 degrees. No AC. It was very unpleasant. No one slept the entire night, we all took turns taking cold showers throughout the night. It was very very hot. Hopefully that gets fixed. Otherwise the trip was good.
