Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom home located in the picturesque Morningview neighborhood of Montgomery. Our home is a historic 1941 build that has been recently renovated to provide all the modern amenities while still maintaining its original charm.

You'll love the convenience of our location, just a short drive from the Zoo, Garrett Coliseum, Fairgrounds, and Crampton Bowl. Downtown Montgomery is also just a few minutes away.

We want you to enjoy your stay! It’s likely you won’t see me during your visit, which allows you more privacy and convenience.

Morningview is a quiet and well-established neighborhood located in the eastern part of Montgomery, Alabama. The neighborhood is known for its tree-lined streets, well-maintained homes, and peaceful atmosphere, making it a popular residential area for families and professionals. One of the main attractions in Morningview is the Morningview Park, which is a small park with a playground, picnic areas, and a basketball court. It's a great place to take children for some outdoor playtime or for a family picnic.

For those who love golf, the Lagoon Park Golf Course is just a few minutes away from Morningview. This 18-hole golf course is one of the top-rated courses in Montgomery and is known for its beautiful scenery and challenging holes.

Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. This home has an electronic lock on the front door.

Make yourself at home in the entire space. This is a very quiet street full of older homes. You'll enter through the living room set with Smart TV and seating. The dining room is straight ahead including high chair with kitchen beyond that. The bedrooms are on the left of the living room along with the bathroom. Please do be mindful of the locked cleaning closet and the back shed.

Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery.

Nice quiet neighborhood
The neighborhood was quiet with older homes. I liked the location which was close to everything. We came for a conference and brought our family for a mini vacation. The house is older with charm but could use some updates such as painting the bathtub and fixing the drainage issue. Some of the kitchen floor tile needs repair and the torn up chair in one of the bedroom could be removed or replaced. Since it's listed as a vacation rental I think addressing those things along with a few more decorative touches/updates could make this property a 5 star. The owner was very attentive and checked in via email to make sure everything was going well.
