Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was great. Black mold in the shower. Stayed 3 nights and had to go to the front desk for toilet paper and clean towels. Beds very comfortable and quiet in the hallways.

The person at the check-in desk was pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and free of the cleaning odors that some housekeeping staffs use. The facility is a bit older but well maintained. The riverwalk area around the hotel was pleasant and inviting. We would stay here again.

Well, first of all, there was absolutely no Toilet Paper in my room!!! Nor, was there in the community restroom downstairs! 1000% Awful!!! Second of all, my Truck was broken into! Sure, not your fault buttttt!!! I highly recommend cameras that encompass the entire property!!! Very Weak performance!!! Yep, my relationship with IHG is over!!!!
